Due to the underwhelming response to DeepCool’s Assassin series of CPU coolers, DeepCool has decided to step up their game with the AK620 by improving the efficiency and overall build quality of the cooler.
The DeepCool AK620 features a dual tower design, with six 6mm copper heat pipes soldered to the base plate. The aluminum fin stack on top of the base plate features a square pattern that helps in reducing the noise levels. Speaking of the aluminum fin stack, it consists of a total of 50 nickel-plated fins. DeepCool has used their FK 120 fan for the AK620, which has a fan speed ranging from 500-1850 RPM and can be connected using a 4-pin PWM connector. Furthermore, the fan has an air pressure of 68.99 CFM and an air pressure of 2.9mmAq. The fans have a noise level of 28 dBA, which means the cooler stays relatively quiet even at maximum load.
The DeepCool AK620 has a height of 160mm, which is surprisingly compact for a cooler that delivers this much performance. What We Liked
The excellent cooling performance is the key highlight of the DeepCool AK620; it also provides amazing Case and RAM clearance. To further improve the clearance, the fans can be moved up the heatsink using the fan clips; however, that might affect the overall efficiency of the cooler. DeepCool has also been doing a great job in providing mounting kits for newer processors and sockets, so there should be no problems regarding compatibility.
What We Disliked
There is not much to dislike about the AK620 aside from a few smaller details, such as the lack of an extra set of fan clips which would have been a welcome inclusion with the AK620 for a bit more performance; however, it performs fairly well even without the extra fan. While the clean aesthetic completely makes up for the lack of RGB, it still might be an issue for someone who already has an RGB build.

It has a width of 142mm and a length of 102mm. Due to its compact size, the AS500 Plus White provides excellent RAM clearance, allowing users to install tall RAM kits without any major issues.
The DeepCool AS500 comes with DeepCool’s two TF 140s fans; as the name suggests, they are 140mm fans that can spin up to a speed of 1200RPM. Arctic has used two identical A-RGB fans for the Liquid Freezer II 240 A-RGB which have an RPM ranging from 800 to 2000 RPM. Moreover, these fans have an air pressure of 48.8 CFM along with a static pressure of 1.85mm H20. One thing to note here is that the fan and pump both are controlled using a single PWM cable which makes the connection extremely straightforward.
What stands out about the LIquid Freezer II 240 ARGB is obviously the pump unit which comes with a 40mm VRM fan that can spin up to a speed of 3000 RPM. Surprisingly, the fan is almost inaudible despite it spinning at high speeds.
As far as the radiator is concerned, as the name suggests, Arctic has used a 240mm radiator that has a thickness of 38mm, which is a significant increase from your standard 240mm radiator.
